All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update your address.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ghost District is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
